Excel Rocktown provides coaching services in the following areas:

• Adult run coaching for all levels and distances

• Health & lifestyle coaching and complex medical advocacy for individuals navigating tick-borne disease(s), women’s health challenges, chronic fatigue, digestive challenges, and burnout

• In-person personal and small group training specializing in balance, stability, and functional strength

Excel Rocktown provides recovery services within their recovery room:

• Clearlight Full Spectrum Sauna (no more than 45 min per session)

• Therabody Pneumatic Leg Compression (20 minute sessions)

• Platinum LED Red + NIR Light Therapy (20 minute sessions)

Recovery Services can be purchased in single, trio, 10 & 20 packs, and monthly memberships (3 month minimum)

Excel Rocktown provides strength and run training programs that can be purchased and accessed through a free, online training platform.

Excel Rocktown provides access to a physician-grade dispensary through Fullscript. Automatic 10% discounts are given upon registration, while members have an increased discount.

Excel Rocktown provides access to a blood draw company (InsideTracker) that provides individualized feedback for health and performance optimization, with a 25% discount to our clients. 

All running-related consultations require a completed “running history form”, which is located under “resources”.

For run-coaching and gait analysis, you will need to book a “running consultation” through our Square booking link, located on every webpage.  It will require you to provide payment information in order to secure your appointment, and once approved, your card will be charged. 

For health coaching, you will need to book a “health coaching consultation” through our Square booking link, located on every webpage.  It will require you to provide payment information in order to secure your appointment, and once approved, your card will be charged.

Performance and endurance nutrition consultations are separate bookings through our Square booking link, located on every webpage.  It will require you to provide payment information in order to secure your appointment, and once approved, your card will be charged. Performance consultations require a “running history form”, and “endurance nutrition consultations” require a “health history form”.

Individuals seeking health coaching or run coaching membership at the end of their first visit will be able to apply the fee of their initial consultation toward their first month of coaching if enrolled within 14 days.

Our run-coaching services are quite inclusive in that we take all experience levels from just getting started to competitive athletes.

Our health-coaching services support a range of goals. Many individuals are looking for weight loss solutions, and while we always endeavor to honor our clients’ goals, we do not advocate for quick fixes or fad diets. We strive to honor our clients’ current phase of life, and this requires an integrative approach to manage stress and therefore health more effectively across many components of one’s life.

Excel Rocktown is a small, locally owned business. We are deeply involved in the community and strive to build wellness not just among individuals, but families and groups of people as well. We are prepared to offer FREE discovery sessions in-person or virtually in the form of 15 minute slots. These spots are highly limited and will include surface level feedback and recommendations.

Athletes vary in their need for schedule adjustment, coaching feedback, mindset support, and enrichment resources.  

Athletes desiring a high touch coaching program should invest in the Premium or Ultimate coaching membership, as they allow for daily communication via text, the training platform, and email. These membership levels also include an initial and bi-monthly or weekly consultations respectively to be used for personal training, performance guidance, endurance nutrition coaching, workout facilitation, and health coaching. Unlimited modifications to the training calendar per month are also included in these memberships.

Athletes desiring a moderate amount of interaction with the coach should invest in the In-Season coaching membership, as it allows for twice weekly communication via text, the training platform, and email. It includes an initial/monthly consultation to be used for personal training, performance guidance, endurance nutrition coaching, workout facilitation, and health coaching. Weekly modifications to the training calendar per month are also included in this membership.

Athletes who have shown themselves to be independent through at least 6 months of coaching at the In-Season level can benefit from a low touch coaching program should invest in the Maintenance coaching membership, as it allows for weekly communication via the training platform or email. It also includes an initial/annual consultation to be used to ensure the athlete’s goals and current lifestyle parameters are aligned before beginning an in- training cycle. Once in-season, the athlete would switch to the In-Season coaching membership.

While we are always sad to see our athletes go, we also understand that run-coaching and health coaching can be a worthy investment for a limited time. Excel Rocktown requires a 30 day written notice (email is fine) to [email protected] to modify membership levels or cancel/pause services.
